Projects

Besides what I have on my public github account and some of the public projects we’ve opened sourced at NCSU Libraries that I’ve been a part of, I have worked on other projects. This is a space where I can list projects I have worked on and give a little information on each or at least a link.

Discoverability on the Open Web and Schema.org

Much of my work has been around improving the discoverability of digital collections on the open Web. I was an early adopter of schema.org in libraries. I’ve done research on the uptake of schema.org and embedded semantic markup in libraries.

I’ve given special attention in HTML5 video projects to SEO. Twitter cards are implemented on the rare and unique digital collections site.
